All you need to do is fill out CRA's business consent form to the Right, have it signed by an authorized signatory, and send it back to us along with a current list of directors. When we have received the signed form, we will get back to you within 2 weeks' time, looking for your mailing address, and 2 security questions, regarding GST or payroll, now required by CRA.
